Climate change in Malaysia a costly phenomenon

According to a 2016 research on climate change by University of Malaya’s Professor Dr Rajah Rasiah, the cumulative cost of climate change for Malaysia without climate control policies could reach RM40.1 trillion over a 100-year period (from 2010 to 2110). For Asean, the cost could go up to RM151 trillion.
