For his contribution to the real estate industry chairman of Bukit Kiara Holdings Sdn Bhd, Dato' Alan Tong, fondly known as The KL Condo King, was awarded the The Edge Malaysia Lifetime Property Achievement Award 2015 at The Edge Malaysia Property Excellence Awards.
He recently celebrated his 80th birthday but Dato' Tong’s verve and love for the property development industry remains steadfast.
